Kennett Square Attorney Earns High Legal Status From Martindale-Hubbard

Attorney Timothy F. Rayne, a partner in the local law firm MacElree Harvey, Ltd., recently earned the highest rating possible from Martindale-Hubbell.

Martindale-Hubbard is a 140-year-old company which rates attorneys and law firms on their legal knowledge, analytical capabilities, judgment, communication ability and legal experience. Rayne earned the highest AV® Preeminent Rating from his peers throughout North America and Canada.

Rayne practices in the firm’s Kennett Square and West Chester offices. His practice focuses on personal injury cases including traffic accidents, bicycle and pedestrian accidents, falls, dangerous products and product liability cases, and medical malpractice. He has extensive experience negotiating with insurance companies and trying cases involving injury or death, according to a company news release.

Rayne is a member of the Pennsylvania and Chester County Bar Associations and the Million Dollar Advocates Program. A 1990 graduate of University of Delaware, Rayne received his law degrees from Widener University School of Law (J.D. 1995) and Temple University School of Law (LL.M. 2008).

Rayne is chief marketing officer for MacElree Harvey. He is a member of the Longwood Rotary Club, the Southern Chester County Chamber of Commerce board, a mock trial coach for Unionville High School, and a travel soccer coach.
