Chester County Chamber Hosts Annual State of the County Address

County Commissioners Ryan Costello, Kathi Cozzone, and Terence Farrell will address the issues and successes of Chester County in the past year- and give an outlook of future opportunities at the State of the County Address Luncheon.

This event will take place on Wednesday, March 19th at The Desmond Hotel and Conference Center from 11:30- 2:00 pm. Hosted by the Chester County Chamber of Business and Industry, this luncheon draws hundreds of business and community leaders and provides an opportunity to see what’s in store for our county. We are also pleased to present the Larry Boling Award for Excellence in Local Government. This award honors an individual who is a professional in the local government public sector of Chester County who has established excellence in their jurisdiction in the administration of government through economy, efficiency and introduction of sound business practices, and projects or initiatives that demonstrate innovation.

Past recipients have included individuals with excellent performance in the municipal, school district and county government arenas. We are pleased to announce Joe Waters, Director of the Chester County Domestic Relations section of the Court of Common Pleas, as this year’s recipient.
