Legal Operations Manager

This position designs, establishes, and drives processes and practices to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the legal department; performs legal matter budgeting and controls outside legal vendor costs; and drives departmental efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related discipline; eight years of experience in legal operations in a corporate law department and/or law firm; PMP certification; and expertise in Excel, data analysis, and budgeting.

Human Resources Coordinator

This position provides Human Resource experience for a range of functional HR areas, including recruiting, program administration, and new hire orientation; monitors employee recognition program accounts; and works with the benefits department to support employee benefit issues.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related discipline; a minimum of two years of direct experience in HR functions; proficiency in Microsoft Office software; and basic knowledge of HR computer software programs and systems.

Talent Development & Training Coordinator

This position schedules and coordinates all logistics for NA Leadership programs and e-learning courses; maintains and updates the curriculum database and training records; and prepares and documents procedures for employees and leaders who are appointed for training.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a related discipline; three to five years of related HR experience, including experience in training, talent management, or talent development; and experience with vendor management and negotiation.
