Lauded as a leader who gets the pro-women philosophy right, Countryside Consulting President Louise Schorn Smith recently received the Lead by Example Award from the American Women’s Society of Certified Public Accountants.

The Exton business owner has not only fostered a strong women’s program but also modeled it in action and mentored a staff of strong women leaders. Smith provides her 10 female accountants and bookkeepers with guidance, professional growth opportunities, and remote office technology that allows them to define their own work-life balance, including working from home.
